Orders under £150.00 are subject to a £20.00 carriage charge. All delivery times quoted are estimates only.

Returns

In the first instance communicate with our customer service team on 01224 828585 or email sales@denmorepress.co.uk to discuss your returns.

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will immediately send a replacement or issue a full credit or refund and arrange to collect the goods.

If you ordered an incorrect product or wish to return a product for any other reason you must first make arrangements with our customer service department. The goods must be undamaged and in resalable conditions. You are required to arrange return carriage at your expense. On receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse, you will be credited the value of the goods less 15% handling charge. Printed or bespoke products are non-returnable.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
