Gusset envelopes are perfect for posting bulkier document packs. We have a range of stock options alongside our bespoke made-to-order gussets produced in a finish and material of your choice.

Gusset envelopes have a variety of uses, including sending bulky documents or even shipping apparel.

They are available in a range of sizes and materials. Capacity is commonly 25mm (in line with Royal Mail Large Letter format). However, they are also available in 50mm and 80mm capacity gussets if needed.

We also offer a variety of colours and can litho or digitally print your gusset envelopes. After all, who said functional packaging had to be boring?
